Since then, we have been manufacturing high quality polyurethane insulated sandwich panel to service our valuable customers.

The production line is using Double Platform Injection System. Two Piece of ColorBonded Steel (or Stainless Steel) is held in a fixed position, polyurethane solution is then been injected into the space between these two steel sheet.

As the solution started to form air in the empty space is been pushes out and filled with PU Foam. When reaction of PU Solution is completed and settled down, a solid PU Panel thus completed.

This method of production gives good density, high tensile strength and stable foam.
