The production line is using double platform injection system. Two piece of ColorBond Steel (or Stainless Steel) is held in a fixed position, polyurethane solution is then been injected into the space between 2 of the steel sheet.

As the solution started to foam air in the empty space is been pushed out and filled with Polyurethane Foam (PU Foam). When reaction of Polyurethane Foam (PU Foam) solution is completed and settled down, a solid PU Panel thus completed.

This method of production gives Good Density, High tensile strength and Stable Foam.
